DigitalOcean clean install, CENTOS 7.6 and Ubuntu 18.04. No matter what I do, i end up with this error.

Howdy -- thanks for your report!
Try running the command "yum clean all", do you continue to see that same error when running the installer afterwards?
This has been resolved on our mirrors, so marking fixed (
yum clean all
