We are upgrading to another Linode "instance" with Ubuntu 18.04 I am transferring domains (I have a request in for 1 week with no response, I think I have fixed it.) But PostGreSQL does not appear as an option under the "Enable feature" list for any VirtualMin domain. Do I need to run a command for Ubuntu to get PostGreSQL packages first?

Howdy -- thanks for contacting us!
If that option weren't enabled during the post-install wizard, that could explain it not showing up when creating new domains.
That's simple to resolve though, if you go into System Settings -> Features and Plugins, you should be able to enable Postgres there.
Once you do, it'll show up as an option when creating new domains.

It seems we need to Install Packagers on the server with apt-get. But I am little out of my depth here. I should have the developer who is using it to install it because there are two options (as far as I can tell) 1) "regular" PostGreSQL and 2) PostGreSQL 10.
I am not sure he wants... but thanks, we know where to go now!
