This physical system's ethernet interfaces were named enpss but for some reason they changed to en*
Since then, I had problem enabling/setting br0 which essentially rendered the physical server unusable....

That
mdns4_minimal
line isn't a problem..The interface name change is due to a kernel or boot parameter - it isnt something Virtualmin controls.
Created eno1 from
Webmin - Networking - Network Configuration - Network Interfaces - Add a new interface
