While trying to test commandline domain creation I belive I ran into a bug on the GPL scripts, may also be a bug for virtualmin pro.
#./create-domain.pl --domain testsub3.auzie.com --pass testing --desc "test2" --email auzie@auzie.com --user testsub4 --dir --unix --webmin --mysql --logrotate --web
Produced a partial creation, the profile written to the disk also log jammed any other creations,
# cat /root/badvserver
created=1145660166
uid=500
ip=64.62.212.211
ugid=500
id=11456601669412
gid=500
Once I moved that record out of the /etc/webmin/virtual-servers/domains path to the badvserver file I was then able to create top level accounts.
