HTTPS and Default Domain Problem

We have had an issue recently which when adding a new virtual server it seems to make this want to be the default domain for the server. This is causing other virtual servers on http:// to want to point to the newly created domain. on the server it says that it is the first as it is first alphabetically (however it isn't either!) when the domain is removed the old sites which point to http are automatically redirecting to https versions as expected.

We have also tried cloning a domain and it caused the same issue with wanting to make the domain the default first alphabetically (even though it isn't once again.)

We have looked at tutorials regarding changing SSL settings etc... however this has caused more problems, mainly in that we are unable to access Webmin all together. A screen showing Connection Refused is displayed within the browser.

If anyone knows a fix for this please let us know asap.
