SuExec Not Added to Apache for Sub-Servers and Sub-Domains

When adding a new Sub-Server or Sub-Domain, the SuExec line is not being added to Apache.

In the config -- the main Server Template is set to add this line, and it does work for Servers.

In the sub-server template, under the section "Directives and settings for new websites", "Default" is the one that's chosen.

However, when a new sub-server or sub-domain is added, whether by a user or root, the appropriate line isn't added to Apache.
