Virtualmin Domain Registration - Can't locate virtualmin-registrar-lib.pl

I could not access Virtualmin Domain Registration. I have attached an image to show exact error. I have already tried a fresh install and manual domain registration install. I also listed contents of the folder and the file is there.

I had to edit nano /usr/share/webmin/virtualmin-registrar/index.cgi

i replaced: require 'virtualmin-registrar-lib.pl'

with: require ' /usr/share/webmin/virtualmin-registrar/virtualmin-registrar-lib.pl'
