OS: Debian 9 Browser: Firefox (latest) on Windows 10
Behavior: When error is caught on form submit, clicking on back button on error page goes to the wrong page (1-2 pages ago) instead of the form the erroneous value was entered on.
Steps to reproduce: System Settings > Server Templates > Default Settings > Apache Web Site > URL for webmail domain > enter invalid value and submit form. Press the button to go back and correct the error.
This happens throughout virtualmin and causes loss of form contents on error.

Hi, This happens to me to, this has been like this for a while and I'm a little afraid to hit those "back buttons" because sometimes you end up on totally wrong page. I often do start all over again from the menu just to not ending up in totally wrong place.

I primarily see this with the back arrow button at the top left corner of the right (content) frame, on the error page. There is also a button on the error page that says "Return to previous page" which works sometimes and sometimes it goes to a random page.

Possibly. It doesn’t only happen on this page. It’s all pages. Any button that takes you back including the square back arrow button is unpredictable.

Windows is not their server OS, is their desktop OS :-)
They're sharing that in case it's related to the issue they're seeing.
Jamie will get back with you guys regarding the issue described here, thanks for all the info!

Thanks everyone! We have enough info to get started on this -- Jamie hasn't had a chance to look yet, but once he does, he'll post any additional followup questions that he has, and we can work from there.
Thanks for all your input!
