Date format in Read User Mail module

I'm not sure if this is module or Usermin-specific, or if it applies to Webmin overall, but is it possible to specify the date format that appears in the Read User Mail module? Currently, it appeas as DD/MM/YYYY. However, the U. S. standard is to use MM/DD/YYYY, so this is confusing to users here.

I looked around in all the configurations for the module, Usermin, and Webmin, and didn't see an option for this. I would expect it to appear in the Language module for both Usermin and Webmin. In Microsoft Windows XP (not that it should be the de facto standard, but just a point of reference), these options show up in the "Regional and Language Options" Control Panel.
