Hi @all,
I've a question is it possible to add the DKIM key also for "relay domins" ?
I've the "Mail Relay Plugin" installed and the server relays the incomming (from internet) to the customer servers but also act as smathost for these servers. Now when a mail is sent via smarthost the mail is DKIM signed that is gread but the _dominkey TXT record is not puplished automatic. I know at Ican add the domain in the DKIM for not signing but thats the wrong way ;)

On the DKIM page in Virtualmin, you can also enter extra domains to sign email for.

Thats clear but this won't add the TXT DNS record to the zone or am I wrong? My setup:
domain 1 (DNS on my server): MX to my server ; mailboxes on my server ; mailclients (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc) sending per smtp/submission over my server = all is ok outgoing mails are DKIM signed and the DNS record is pesent
domain 2 (DNS on my server): MX to my server ; relaying to an other MTA (Exchange, postfix or what ever) ; the MTAs sends allown to the internet = no problem
domain 3 (DNS not on my server): MX to my server ; relaying to an other MTA (Exchange, postfix or what ever) , the MTAs uses my server as smarthost = I've to add the domain in the "not to sign domains" in the DKIM configuration or add the TXT record in the forign DNS
domain 4 (DNS on my server): MX to my server ; relaying to an other MTA (Exchange, postfix or what ever) , the MTAs uses my server as smarthost = outgoing mails are signed but the DNS record is NOT present
the problem is domain 4 if I add a server with the options shown in the attachment the DNS record will not be published.
edit: nice would be an option in the relay plugin witch add the DKIM record to the DNS zone

Ok, let me see if the Mail Relay plugin can be extended to support this case.

Ok, in the next Virtualmin release, if you enter these domains for which you do relaying into the "Additional domains to sign for" box, they will also also get the DKIM DNS records.
