I've just migrated a load of sites in from Plesk Onyx and I couldn't be happier, apart from one issue.
The process did not bring across any certificates or forwarding information for mailboxes. The most important of these however is the certificates. I was able to enable Apache HTTPS in the VirtualMin configuration and from there copy the cert and the key by copying and pasting from the old system.
It seems though at the time of saving the certificate against my one specific subdomain, all subdomains in virtualmin appear to have been wiped out. The subdomains are still there, but there are no files. And this has happened across all subdomains.

Hmm. This may be erroneous. As I've set up another VirtualMin server and no subdomain files were transferred either. I wonder what I saw before.
