Guest systems not working

Something seriously wrong with this cloudmin server.

Now, none of the guest OSs are working.

Please help.

Parent issue: 
#54733: Deleting eth1 deleted eth0 also; rendering the guest OS completely unusable!

More details: parent issue is public now.

Even after multiple restarts, the VMs are still down. Some have public IPs assigned to them.

After removing docker, the guest VMs are back and working well !!!!!
