Could you add www.integramod.com to the script installers? It's a phpBB installation with the majority of the most popular mods pre-installed. Would also be best if it could be set up with the latest patches (though don't know how to do that without hosting the updated installer).
In terms of running a phpBB portal, it's the best solution out there.
