I need to renew our VM license but the license number 5557153 is not associated with our account. Please advise.

Howdy -- thanks for contacting us!
The best way to renew would be to purchase a new license... older licenses can't be renewed anyhow due to changes that have been made.
What you can do is go to the "Buy" link above, choose whether you'd prefer the monthly or yearly option, and then you can apply that to your server with a command such as this one:
virtualmin change-license --serial SERIAL_NUM --key KEYFeel free to let us know if you have any additional questions!
