Good morning,
As of 2017-07-09 - our Cloudmin 100 Pro license expired. We did not receive any form of notification that this was about to happen. We are in the process of purchasing a new annual Cloudmin 100 pro license.
It would be best if we received email notification about the status of our license(s). Is there a way to configure multiple email addresses that would get these types of notifications?

Howdy -- sorry about that!
The new licenses handle that better. They renew automatically, and if there's a problem with the renewal process, an email is send to the email on file within your virtualmin.com account.
There isn't a way to setup multiple email addresses, though you could create a new email alias with multiple destinations for use on your virtualmin.com account.
Feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions!
Hello,
Thanks for the information. Ok, we purchased the new license, however when we go to input it at:
Cloudmin Settings > Virtualmin Pro Licenses > Add License
It is returning:
Failed to add license : Serial number XXXXXXX and key XX00xX0xX0 is not valid
We need to get the license active as soon as possible.

To apply the license, you can run a command such as this one:
cloudmin change-licence --serial SERIAL_NUM --key KEY
Let us know if that does the trick!
Thank you very much! This seems to have solved the problem.
Kind regards,
