here is the error we are getting
host idcmail-mx1so.cg.shawcable.net[64.59.136.136] refused to talk to me: 554 mi07.dcs.int.inet cmsmtp Connection rejected. Reverse DNS for 96.5x.8x.x1x does not exist.
we needs to setup reverese dns for 96.5x.8x.x1x

Howdy -- thanks for contacting us!
Reverse DNS is something you would need to have your ISP setup for you, since they technically own the IP address.
My suggestion would be to call your server provider, and work with them to setup reverse DNS.
Most providers can handle that quickly, and many even offer a web-based form that will allow you to do it yourself.
