"Email Server Owners" page/module doesn't appear to be in the Virtualmin sidebar menu.
I had to use the search field to find the page and then add it to my favorite to access the shortcut.

Howdy -- I believe that this option isn't actually supposed to be available in Virtualmin GPL.
So the bug here may be that there's a way to do so if you look in the right place in Virtualmin GPL :-)

Are you running Virtualmin GPL there? Because that feature only exists in the Pro version.
