A few days ago (friday, 05/19/2017 at 10:34, order number 41674) I have bought a $50 premium support ticket on your website in order to get a quick fix for an issue I posted 3 weeks ago : https://www.virtualmin.com/node/52049
My credit card has been charged, I have written to you at firstname.lastname@example.org last week, and I'm still without any news or answer.
What action should I take to assign my support ticket to this issue, I can't find a way to do it in my account or while creating a new issue ?
