I have used the command virtualmin change-licence --serial NEWSERIAL --key NEWKEY to change the license on a server to increase from 50 to 100. Migrating a current users. However, even though the license shows the new serial and key, the server number allows has not changed. It remains 50 so he can't finish adding the last accounts. Suggestions welcome. I have also used
/etc/init.d/webmin restartAnd then
virtualmin licence-info and the number allow is just 50 ??

Howdy -- while it should correct itself automatically within a few hours, it may be necessary to click the "Re-Check License Status" option on the System Information screen. That should resolve the issue you're seeing.

Now I am going to be really dumb here for the next minute. You say "ReCheck License Status" in the "System Information" screen. So just where is that "System Information" screen found? At least in my version there is no menu item that says "System Information". There is "Virtualmin/Server Configuration and Virtualmin/System Settings and finally "Virtualmin/System Statistics". And there is also Webmin/System - but I don't see no I don't see a "System Information" screen. Yes, you could mean the default login screen but I don't see any "ReCheck License Status" there.
I told you I was going to be dumb for a minute.

Sorry that's a little easier to find on the old theme than it is in the new one.
If you're using Authentic, hover over the Virtualmin version in the middle of the page, and you'll see a couple of new icons appear. One of those icons is a Re-Check license status icon.
Let us know if that does the trick for you!

Yes, thank you. I missed that. It worked like a charm.
