Sort scheduled backups (and other things)

It would be nice to be able to sort scheduled backups by column. I am sure there are many other places this functionality would also be useful, I just noticed it on the scheduled backups page.

Yes, good idea.

Added in 18.46 hot-fix db21476. Please upgrade enabling GitHub updates in theme's settings.
