Error 404 when submitting ticket from Virtualmin interface

i'm getting error submitting support ticket, does anyone have any ideas: Submit Support Ticket - Collecting domain validation report and config check .. Show validation report .. Show configuration check report .. .. done. Collecting detailed system information .. .. done. Sending support ticket to .... failed with HTTP error : HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found



Howdy -- sorry, submitting tickets via the Virtualmin GUI currently isn't working, due to recent website changes. That's something Joe is working on.

Blimey, I saw the same issue dated Nov 2016, assumed this wasn't related. Can we help Jamie in any way? E.g. sending thoughts of prayer
