Downgrade License

Please downgrade my 50 domain license to a 10 domain license. Thanks! My Serial number: 5564663

Howdy -- thanks for contacting us!

It's unfortunately not possible for us to downgrade a license.

What you'd need to do is cancel your Virtualmin 50, and then purchase a Virtualmin 10.

You can apply the new license to your server with:

virtualmin change-license --serial SERIAL --key KEY

Let me know if you'd like me to go ahead and cancel your current license.
