Who adds FcgidMaxRequestLen to the vhost config and how can I customise that? [#49625]

Hello,

I see all my vhosts have "FcgidMaxRequestLen 1073741824"? Which script adds this?

I checked the Apache custom template and it does not contain this directive.

I'd like to also add "FcgidOutputBufferSize 0" to my vhosts and wondering what is the best approach to this..

Thanks, I thought FcgidOutputBufferSize must be applied per vhost, if it can be defined globally, even better.
