Sub-domains created with wrong Apache docroot

When creating a new subdomain, Virtualmin sets the Apache DocumentRoot incorrectly.

Given subdomain 'sub.test.com' of 'test.com', the correct document root should be
/home/test/domains/sub.test.com/public_html. Virtualmin sets it to /home/test/public_html/sub, even though the correct directory structure is created under the domains directory. The ScriptAlias and Log settings have the correct directory.
