I have a quick question regarding IP Addresses and Virtualmin. I have a temporarily assigned IP Address for my new system, on which I'm setting up Virtualmin. When this system is ready to go live, it is my intention to swap IP Addresses from my old box to the new one. It looks like Virtualmin has some provisions for this.
Is there anything I should be aware of in advance? Any special steps necessary when setting up sites on Virtualmin, so that there will not be major issues when I do the switch?
I have multiple IPs on the old box, which I will move to the new box, although temporarily I only have 1 for the new box. Is this a problem? I plan to setup the virtual sites on the new box under the temp IP, but when the old IPs are move to the new box, I would like to have some sites on different IP's (most are under a single IP, while a couple get their own for SSL support). Will this be an issue?
