Ok so I seem to have fixed most of my issues, now I cannot send from one of my virtual servers and thunderbird gives me the error that its either out of disk space or it cannot copy the file. When I look at the settings the emails are set to unlimited size and the entire account is using 2gb of its allotted 10gb.
