Just an FYI... I have a domain that used to have a RAPIDSSL cert... but it had expired 4 months ago.
When I went in to request a Let's Encrypt SSL cert, everything seemed to work fine...
But the ssl.cert and ssl.key files were 0 bytes.
When I ran thru the Let's Encrypt request process again, had the exact same responses, looked good...
And this time the ssl.cert and ssl.key files were populated.
Thx!
P.S. All the other domains (that only had self-signed certs) worked perfectly with the Let's Encrypt process.

Thanks for pointing this out - I will add detection for zero-sized certs in the next release of Webmin.
