Hello, when i am adding a user to one of virtualmin servers, for ex: rohit@test.com, there is another user rohit-test.com is this normal? if not how can i disable this happening?

Howdy -- yup, that's both normal and necessary when the username format is in the user@domain.tld format.
Postfix isn't able to handle users in that format on it's own. Virtualmin has a workaround for that, which is to create a second alias user with the same UID, GUID, and homedir, and has Postfix deliver email to the second alias user.
That workaround allows users to function properly when using that format.
