email server is running but will not forward to designated forwarding address(es) critical need

Virtualmin has not been changed since this email issue was rectified a couple of months ago - however now NO email is being forwarded to any designated default email address. The email server is still sending and receiving emails but NONE are making it into the forwarding system. Here's an example of what gmail says is the problem:\
Can you look into this? NO changes were made since the last fix...
