Lost in Amazon Space

Good Day.

I have decided that I cannot keep a server at home, or at a co-location without something going wrong...constantly.

I have signed up for the Amazon EC2 hosting services.

I have tried many different ways of getting this thing to fly but still head first into dirt.

I tried your tutorial here

But when I selected the Virtualmin Pro AMI it error'ed with missing something or another...don't remember.

So then I tried just installing a Ubuntu 8.04LTS instance and installing Virtualmin Pro with your install.sh script, everything seems to go smooth, but after the installation i cannot login to the Virtualmin WebInterface https://..compute-1.amazonaws.com:10000, the connection times out.

Not sure how to make thois work, let alone the S3 bucket for backups.

I so tired of reading tutorials.

Plus...I thought I was buying the your Virtualmin AMI, but I get email with VM2 instead.....brian tired...need nourishment.

Getting this whole setup is/was pretty confusing.

Please help, and let me know what I have done right and what I missed.
