WPMU has the option of either serving subdirectories (wpmu.org/myblog) or subdomains (myblog.wpmu.org) for new blogs.
The virtualmin script installer for WPMU only installs the subdirectories option by default, but doesn't seem to offer the subdomain option (which is the more desirable, IMO).
While the subdomain option requires some tweaks to the DNS configuration, and the Apache configuration (essentially installing wildcard options), this ought to be possible with the installation script.
As such, would it be possible to provide two installers for WPMU - one for each of these options?
