There should be away to import an existing IPv6 that was assigned before IPv6 was supported in VM.
Not sure if I am doing it right to do this manually but I assign a new IPv6 then edit the dns, apache and the VM domains file for that domain to return it back to the original IPv6 seems to work but there should be a way to simply add an existing IPv6 to the domain without having to edit anything manually.
