When an email is sent via Usermin and the user keeps their browser on the "Mail Sent" page and either closes and reopens the tab or they restart their browser with that tab still open, Usermin keeps resending (re-submitting) the form and sending the same email each time the browser is opened.

By default, the "mail sent" page should redirect back to the mail list immediately to prevent exactly this problem though?
