Account Plan enabled feature defaults

When I'm setting up new Account Plans, I find that I just don't know what the "defaults" are for Features and also Capabilities which the "Automatic" radio button enables.

My hope :) would be that when the Automatic button is selected, the individual items which are enabled would be checked (or otherwise indicated); so that I could select the alternate button and then add or remove features from the default set.
