Howdy -- you may want to verify that the ClamAV packages are installed.

If they somehow got uninstalled, that could cause the issue you're seeing.

You can install those from the Virtualmin repository. You can search which ones are available with "yum search clamav", or using Webmin -> System -> Software Packages. You'd only want to install those in the Virtualmin repo.
