Error on "Edit Domain"

When I click "Edit Domain" I get the following error and cannot edit the domain. Happens on ALL domains.

SQL select user.user,user.password from user,db where db.user = user.user and (db.db = 'onesit_cfgmgr' or db.db = 'onesit\_cfgmgr') failed : Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

I am running as root and the permissions on that table are:

root localhost global ALL PRIVILEGES Yes Edit Privileges
