Warning - the following users' home directories overlap and will also be deleted

Hi Joe and Jamie,

I'm trying to delete a mail user from a virtual server and virtualmin wants to delete them all (including the main user account that holds the entire virtual server) because they overlap.
"Warning - the following users' home directories overlap and will also be deleted: domain, user1@domain.tld, user2@domain.tld etc"

I dont see how they overlap. I looked in /etc/passwd and home directory paths are different, uids are different (maybe it's worth mentioning that i use the user@domain scheme so for every user i get 2 entries in /etc/passwd).

Any ideas?
