Serious Account Plan problems

I have set up three plans and three templates.

After setting a new client up to one of the plans, it did not show up that way in the client panel, also the MySQl access was not available.

It is difficult to describe here without images - but I have already described it on the forum (VirtualMin / VirtualMin forum).

I noted this as a "bug" two days ago but the category was wrong - I left it as "docs" when it should be "vitualmin"

I have virtualmin pro and want to get on with setting up clients so would appreciate this being sorted asap.
