Spam

Please tell me there is something for spam in the works? Nothing I do seems to decrease the amount of spam for me and my users. I have seriously been looking at ASSP, it has great reviews, but don't want to mess too much with the standard virtualmin setup. I read a post by Joe about CRM-114 or something like that. Is this coming soon? I am just pulling out my hair trying to get spam influx to an acceptable level.
