Even though the Virtualmin Pro installer claims to be "Enabling Dovecot POP3 and IMAP servers," it fails to make the correct changes to the dovecot.conf file (the 'protocols' config line does not contain "pop3" or "pop3s" and remains commented out). Additionally, the installer does not start the Dovecot daemon if it is not initially running.
