Seems the product is mature enough to the point to offer the ability to create point in time snapshots and the ability to revert and delete them. Popular virtualization platforms like Parallels and VMWare already offer this.

Cloudmin already supports this, although only for VMs that have their disks on LVM logical volumes (because it is built on their snapshot feature).
This is what I'm doing now with the backups. I guess it must be an issue of the UI organization. Perhaps some tweeks to the UI to make this more obvious and simplified? I'll see if I can figure it out easy and make a mockup.
