I have requested a cancel previously and you all are still charging me. Please stop as I have not used this service in some time.
Please cancel my account and renewals. I have stopped using this product many months ago. You all recently charged me again. I would like for this to stop. It would be great if I could get a refund for the recent charge.

I was also double charged in July it looks like. Howdy -- no problem, we can certainly cancel your order and refund your recent payment.
I've already handled doing that, and the money should show up at your bank shortly.
Sorry for the trouble! Note though that we don't have a record of a previous cancellation request -- cancellations and such would need to be done here in the support tracker, if that was sent via email that could have been overlooked.
Lastly, I know that July line item looks odd, but you were actually only charged once in July. I double-checked that in our payment system.
