I kill Dovecot but it keeps getting restarted

Virtualmin Theme version: 6.7
Virtualmin version: 3.66
Operating system: Ubuntu Linux 8.04.2
I've killed the Dovecot server through Virtualmin, and selected do not start at boot in the Dovecot config. I also don't have any references to Dovecot in the 'System and Server Status' page.

Despite this, Dovecot keeps being restarted on the system. And I cannot figure out where.
