Links to script project homepage

Currently many scripts are available to be installed with the Install Script page which is such a great feature!

This feature suggestion is to make the name of the Script a hyperlink to the homepage of the script. This way those who are unfamiliar with the script will have the convenience of just clicking on the script to learn more about if the script will suit the needs.
