I'm having a lot of trouble with the new Drupal support site.
I have an issue open for a ClamAV problem, and Jamie has referred me to https://www.virtualmin.com/node/40836. That would be fine, except that I just get ACCESS DENIED for that URL! I have tried Firefox + Chrome.
What am I supposed to do?

That's actually normal, Jamie just didn't notice that the particular request was marked as private.
You should be able to see any public issues in the support tracker.

OK, fair enough. But how about this path for this issue whilst logged in:
Issues (top menu) >> (my issue) >> Issues (breadcrumb):
"Error
