client cannot receive email.. only send email ..but master domain can receive and send email.

first domain can received and send email. but if i create new server for new domain.. it only can send. not received..

Howdy -- you may want to verify that the DNS for that second domain is working properly, including the MX record. I'd also suggest reviewing /var/log/mail.log for any clues.
