Niether ${SUBDOMAIN} nor ${SUBDOM} seem to expand in the email messages...
Temporary Access via: ${SUBDOM).test.ez-ms.com
I also think that if the variables are not set, they should resolve to an empty string rather than the literal variable name. But this does help with debugging! :-)
