Virtualmin UI contains the outdated text:
Go to http://www.virtualmin.com/catalog/19 and purchase a license for Virtualmin Pro. cause the http://www.virtualmin.com/catalog/19 is giving:
Page not found The requested page "/catalog/19" could not be found.
Maybe it should change to https://www.virtualmin.com/catalog

Where in the UI are you seeing that? Is that on the main System Information screen?

Virtuamin > System Settings > Upgrade to Virtualmin Pro.

Looks like the link hard-coded into Virtualmin is out of date for the new website. This will be fixed in the next release - the correct URL is just http://www.virtualmin.com/catalog
