Missing Virtualmin license (not renewed but paid)

I have ordered Virtualmin license 7th March 2016 and I haven’t still got the new license. This is a fourth message about my license key, so please activate my license AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I like Virtualmin software alot, so please fullfill my order as soon as possible.

I have tried to send email about this issue to sales@virtualmin.com, refund@virtualmin.com etc. with no luck!

Please handle and send my license as soon as possible.

If you ever have a licensing issue, let us know here in the support tracker and we'll get it taken care of right away.

It looks like your order to place on March 7th, which unfortunately was a time when there was a problem with the ordering system. Joe has since fixed that, but there were a handful of orders which didn't go through properly.

I've corrected that in your account, and setup your license so that it expires on April 30th of 2017.
