Issues submitting a ticket


When logged into Virtualmin, I click on submit a ticket. I fill out the form and then click on submit ticket. I'm then given the followng:

Sending support ticket to .. .. failed with HTTP error : HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found

Can you please assist with this? Thank you



Howdy -- there's unfortunately an issue with that due to the new website. Joe is working on it, but we don't have an ETA. For the moment, the only way to submit support requests is via the web interface at Sorry!

Tickle... There are a number of these tickets started, but its not fixed yet. Perhaps removing the feature from Virtualmin? Or at least mention that there is no point in filling the form out?
